you will need...
mash curds,add ground black pepper,salt and crushed garlic...
cucumbers grate on a coarse grater...
finely chop the onion,dill and parsley...
mix all ingredients...
add the mayonnaise and sour cream,stir and put into the fridge for 10-15 minutes...
