Cooking
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add salt, let stand for 15 minutes, squeeze the juice.
Chicken mince with onion, garlic, soaked in water (milk), bun. Combine ground beef with zucchini, eggs.
Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp semolina, salt, pepper,
mix
spread into molds and put in preheated oven,
and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. BON APPETIT!!!!
