This recipe I have called 3x3 (really don't know why, probably the number of its constituent vegetables... he got me from a neighbor at the cottage). Take all vegetables in any quantity, alternating between each. First time fill with boiling water and leave for 40 min. the water is Then poured into the pan and boil again, pour banks for 20 min.
And on the third time fill the jars with boiling marinade and roll. Turn over and wrap it up to cool down (I have a under coat, stand around a day). And then we remove to the cellar for storage. The second recipe in which I close cuts, use for litre jars. Now briefly I will try to describe it to You:half a litre of water take 4 tbsp of 9% vinegar,4 tsp sugar,2 tsp salt. Spices:1 medium onion (you can slice it, and it can entirely),1-2 tooth. garlic, a sprig of dill,5-8 pieces of black pepper,2-3 PC. cloves,5 leaves of Laurel. Fill 2 times with boiling water and the third time marinade. Everything is easy and simple. How delicious!!!
