Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

  • Cucumber

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Onion

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

  • Carnation

  • Salt

    2 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    4 ч. л.

  • Water

    0.5 л

  • Vinegar essence

    1 ч. л.

Of course, start with the fact that I my peppers and remove the core.

Then cover them with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Preparing, stuffing, cabbage finely shinkuem. Carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Cucumbers (I take a small)semi-kruik AMI. The garlic and either grate or finely chop.

Add a pinch of salt and give everything a good stir.

Now proceed to the fun part... stuffing the peppers. I have already come up with their own, the trick is... to do face stuffing, I'm on top doing the lid with a leaf of cabbage.

Do with all the peppers and put them in a jar. Top cut onion rings. The jar I have-the umbrella of dill,3 cloves Bud,3 of allspice and 2 Bay leaves.

Fill the peppers:filled for the first time-leave for 10-15 minutes, then drain off the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil-fill again at the same time... and the third time the water is drained and add desired amount of salt and sugar. As boil-off, add vinegar and fill jars. Roll and roll.
