Milk soup
Swiss cuisine is very diverse. But its main component is almost always cheese. And now we will prepare a new dish with its use. No, we're not going to melt in fondue, raclette fry or bake like a badass. Today our menu milk soup "Soupe de Chalet".

  • Broth

    500 мл

  • Sour cream

  • Pasta

Cut the spinach leaves, onion and onion siboulet.

Cut into cubes the potatoes and carrots.

All mix thoroughly and leave to simmer under a cover on slow heat for half an hour.

Meanwhile, make white bread toast, cut it cubes and fry in butter. To taste you can add salt, pepper, dried dill, etc.

Just before serving the soup to table, pour in a saucepan the grated cheese, add sour cream and stir.

Sprinkle top of each serving with cheese and croutons. Serve while everything is hot.
