Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences. The beets and carrots clean and RUB on a grater. Garlic roughly chopped with a knife.
In warm boiled water to mix the salt, sugar, vinegar and oil.
Cabbage put layers in a pan or jar, alternating between carrots, beets and garlic, sprinkled with pepper.
Pour all the marinade and remove in the cold for at least 3 days.
