I suggest to try this wonderful cookie with a delicate aroma of citrus. Crispy crust, inside crumbly cookies. Loved it! Recipe from Olga♥H

Lemon peel

Cooking
Butter to combine with the icing sugar and salt
Add the lemon juice and zest of one lemon
Add cornstarch and soda
Knead the dough with flour. Roll the sausage and put into the cold for an hour (I didn't have the time, I didn't removed). Sausage divided into equal parts
Put biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180*C.
Hot cookies and roll in powdered sugar
