Cooking
Peel the potatoes, boil until tender. Mash into a puree, pepper and salt.
Add the egg, flour, butter, cheese, chopped greens and cheese, grated on a fine grater.
Spread the potato mixture on the floured surface and knead to a thickness of about 0.8 see a Small glass to cut out mugs, breaded in flour.
