Chicken fillet wash and cut into small pieces. Hunting sausages cut into circles. Heat in a saucepan with 1 tbsp oil, put chicken and fry, stirring occasionally, 10 min. Add sausage, cook another 3-4 min., until browned. Remove the chicken and sausages on a plate. Onions and garlic peel, finely chop the onion, garlic to crush. Pepper remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Slice the tomato slices. In a saucepan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes until Golden brown.
Put the vegetables sauteed chicken and sausage, season with pepper. Pour in the stock and bring mixture to a boil. Add in the saucepan the rice, season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix gently and sauté for 6-8 min. to Decompose the dish on plates. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
