  • Salt

  • Turmeric

As any Italian chef sauce should be prepared at the time the same as cooked pasta. So first put on to cook our pasta (don't forget to salt the water!) and in parallel do the sauce. Peeled the pumpkin and cut it cubes.

Fry for 15 minutes. Add turmeric and salt. Add whiskey or brandy, hold the fire for another 5 minutes to let the alcohol completely evaporate.
