Cooking
Boil the rice until tender. Fry the onions with the carrots. Mix it all together.
Chicken rubbed with salt and spices. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and this mixture to RUB the chicken. Rice to stuff the chicken.
The chicken wrap it in foil and bake in the oven for about 1.5-2 hours. 30 minutes before ready to open the foil and bake until Golden brown.
