Pasta with tomato and pear
Hi all. I'm trying to watch my diet, so I use only fresh natural products. But I'm lazy, so my cooking is a maximum of an hour and that is rare. I'm cooking a special dish, which helps save cooking time and save the maximum of useful substances in the products. And I'm in love with Italy and Italian "main" food. So sometimes I cook pasta every day in different forms.

Boil pasta as directed on package. Spaghetti or like I have it all on your preference

Wash and cut the tomatoes. You can cut large, it does not matter.

Heat the pan, add a drop of olive oil and fry the Basil. Add the tomatoes. Cover

I add in tomatoes, spices, look at photos what are. In the shops searching for those that do not contain additives, preservatives

Finely chop the pear and add to the tomatoes, cover with a lid. After a couple of minutes with a spatula crush the tomatoes to make a sauce. If juice is too much, then the lid do not close, giving extra juice to boil away the opportunity

Add cooked pasta to tomato sauce. And wait another couple minutes and you're done! Do not forget to taste add salt. I often use salt instead of soy sauce.
