Cooking
Take the rice "Mistral", two different varieties (wild and cultivar Jasmine) is Very delicious in combination! Washed in the water seven times. Put on fire and boil. Grade Jasmine 10 min, wild for 50-55 minutes. Importantly, under a lid and on low heat. Do not forget to add salt (to taste)
Shinkuem onions and fry until Golden brown, along with curry.
When the onions are browned, add boiled chicken meat. Fry for about five minutes and add water, stew under cover. Five minutes before the end add the cream (gradually while stirring).
After I added the cream, simmer for another five minutes. During this time, tender chicken soaked and become very tender.
On a plate put the rice and chicken gently on top of the slices. Smells it is very tasty!
At the end sprinkle with pepper as it is an Indian dish, you can choose a choice of pepper or carrots.
