Chicken with pumpkin and potatoes
Pumpkin with any meat is very tasty. It gives the dish a rich original sweet flavour. The meat was peppering red hot ground pepper: in my opinion, red pepper goes well with chicken and pumpkin. In a ceramic form for roasting to lay and raw ingredients, but I like the crust, so at first I was a little priarie until the meat is brown (half cooked), then pour the pumpkin with carrots and onions. Pumpkin also gained a crust. Vegetables with meat are soft – it is now possible to bring to readiness, adding a raw potato, in the oven (30-40 minutes). Delicate, but hearty, flavorful, moderately spicy dish beautiful yellow – orange – hot sun in the plate.

Prepare the ingredients: onions, carrots and potatoes to clean. Refined vegetable oil. Bay leaf, salt, red pepper Shuchi. Chicken and pumpkin pieces.
