Want to offer you a casserole recipe with mushrooms, which in its form and cleavage reminiscent of lasagna.

Cooking
Large mushrooms cut, small leave whole. On a hot frying pan, pour 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil-Oleina and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
The sauce (I had homemade), sliced tomatoes, ground black pepper, dried Basil, starch and water mix. Garlic passed through a press and add to sauce. Add salt to taste.
On a greased with vegetable oil form, put a sheet of lasagna stacked on top of the mushrooms.
Cover with a sheet, again, put fried mushrooms and pour the tomato filling. Put on top of the last sheet of lasagne and cover with the sauce. Press slightly and bake in the oven at 200 C 35 minutes. Decorate with parsley, dill and pickle.
