Mushrooms fry in pan adding butter and soy sauce for about 3 minutes.
To 2 types of minced meat add onion minced, cilantro and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Then add the rice and raw egg. I boiled long grain parboiled rice from TM Mistral.
I have a form in a herringbone pattern. Fill half of the mold with minced meat. In the middle lay a mushroom.
Then put a layer of cheese shabby on a coarse grater.
Fill to top of form meat. Bake in the oven at 200° for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. On the hot with butter the pan, fry the garlic and crushed coriander seeds until it will turn brown. The whole process of cooking the sauce needs to occur on a small fire.
