Description
"Arrabbiata" in Italian - "angry, angry". This is the name for hot peppers "diavolina" that is present in this dish. Its pungent taste goes well with the juiciness of the tomatoes and the aroma of garlic.

Cooking
Crush the garlic. Pepper cut into thin half-rings. Onion finely chop. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the onion and fry on medium heat until Golden brown 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and pepper, cook for another 2 min. Add tomatoes with juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and add half a Cup of water. Stir and simmer over low heat 40 minutes the Sauce should thicken. For half a minute until cooked add the chopped Basil leaves. Add to the pan cooked according to the instructions on the package of pasta, stir and serve immediately. Optionally, you can add the sauce of black olives.
