  • Bay leaf

  • Sunflower oil

  • Carrots

  • Water

  • Tomato paste

    1 ст. л.

  • Minced chicken

    500 г

  • Garlic

  • Dill

  • Green onions

Cooking

On a heated frying pan with sunflower oil to fry the meat. Roast until it will turn brown, stirring and warming up with a fork.

Separately fry onions and carrots.

All combine and add tomato paste, Bay leaf and garlic (optional). Fill with water, mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes

At the end of cooking add salt, pepper and herbs. I freeze for the winter, so I just pulled out of the freezer. Bon appetit!
