Homemade meatballs of minced meat with dill
In the original sense of the word Patty – actually the meat on the rib. But the meatballs from the minced meat – slice. There is probably no home cooking in Russia, where would these burgers periodically sculpted. Maybe also because the Burger rib steak much to fantasize does not, except in part of the marinade or garnish. But the stuffing makes do with a chop whatever comes to mind. I made meatballs with dill.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 кг

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    6 зуб.

  • Cilantro

    1 пуч.

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

Cut onion finely.

Garlic skip through the press.

Cilantro finely chopped.

Also finely chop the dill.

Mix all the ingredients with mince, salt, pepper, knead with your hands.

Soaking in the water of the hand, dazzle small patties, lay them on a baking sheet or Board, give a little rest.

Heat the pan vegetable oil, fry patties over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serve with any side dish, in our case it boiled barley and Georgian pickled appetizer jonjoli. Bon appetit!
