Stuffed tomatoes

Description

Often made lazy cabbage rolls and so decided to diversify the taste. It turned out very tasty and beautiful. Husband was delighted. The combination of juicy tomato filling and delicious. I think those who try will not remain indifferent.

Cooking

Overcook the mince for 5 minutes, add the onion and cook for another 5 minutes, then add the cabbage (I shredded in a blender), seasoning, salt and simmer 15 minutes until tender.
