Tomatoes are cleaned from the skin, if you wish, from seed (I do not remove seeds, they do not bother me)

Cucumber RUB on a coarse grater.

Onion cut into half rings, sprinkle liberally with flour. Next in hot oil (amount to deep fry) dip the prepared onions and fry until Golden color. Next, put in a sieve and allow to drain the excess oil. Soak a cloth is not necessary. Let some oil will remain.
