Pork in a creamy sauce
Soft, tender, flavorful pork. With a wonderful thick and velvety sauce. A recipe with an interesting number 111 in my culinary book. Round-date)))

Ingredients

  • Pork

    750 г

  • Dry white wine

    300 мл

  • Cream

    250 мл

  • Soy sauce

    4 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Rosemary

    2 шт

  • Saffron

  • Parsley

    1 пуч.

Meat wash and dry with a towel. (I took three steaks on the bone 250g. everyone can take the flesh and cut into small portions)

Onions and garlic are cut. The rosemary rinse.

In a deep skillet or saucepan with a thick bottom, suitable for baking in the oven, heat oil and fry separately the pieces of meat to form a beautiful crust. Put fried pieces on a plate. In the remaining pan fat fry the onion, garlic and rosemary.

When the onion become transparent, put back the meat, mix well it with the onions. Add wine and soy sauce, bring to a boil, boil for 5-10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170градусов.

Parsley wash and finely chop, a little set aside for serving. The meat pour in the cream, add the saffron, bring to a boil while stirring. Add the parsley, stir, cover with a lid or with foil and put in preheated oven for 1 hour.

When the meat is ready. Take it out of the sauce, and the sauce put on the heat for evaporation. Plates to supply, put in a warm oven to warm up. On a warm dish spread the meat, pour the sauce, sprinkle with parsley. And served with fresh tomatoes.
