Sweet pasta with apples and hazelnuts
Very unexpected and delicious solution to prepare ordinary pasta. Products used the most common, and the flavor combination is absolutely new.

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon

Apples clean, cut into quarters, remove the core. In a pan melt the butter with honey. Put the apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until soft apples, about 5 minutes. The apples must not fall apart!

On a dry pan fry the hazelnuts. Roasted nuts put in a towel, wrap and RUB to remove husks. Chop not too finely.

Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt and sugar according to the instructions on the package. Pasta, arrange on a plate, then put the apples with a sweet sauce, sprinkle with peanuts, garnish with mint and serve.
