Add to the meat, the carrots, stir, not long roast, the carrots should remain slightly firm.
In a frying pan put onion, bell pepper and green beans. Generally, in this recipe you can use any vegetables according to your taste, and mushrooms.
Prepare the dressing. Mix 1 tbsp sugar,2 tbsp oyster sauce and 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce. I have oyster sauce. If you do not take the hot sauce (this also happens), then together with garlic it is necessary to add a little chilli to your liking.
Add dressing to the meat with the vegetables, stir briefly, all deep fried.
Put egg noodles in the pan and mix well. Turns out very tasty, slightly spicy dish.
