Spaghetti with shrimp and Basil
Spaghetti with little shrimp, vegetables and seasonings. Very delicate and original taste.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

Thaw shrimps at room temperature (in any case not to cook, shrimp is sold already boiled!). Shrimp is better to take small, so-called cold-water - they have more intense and fresh flavor than large. In order to melt them it is best to shift them for a night out of the freezer in the fridge or leave out to thaw at room temperature. This will help to keep the taste.

Fry in olive oil finely chopped garlic cloves and onion. It's best to fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. At this stage I add salt and black pepper.

Chopped diced red pepper, removing the core beforehand. Add the cubes into the pan, where roasted onions and garlic.

Add seasonings. The photo is of a condiment for rice and pasta (left) and Basil (right). I sometimes use ready "themed" mixture of spices, but always watching that in the composition there was no MSG and no E. Only natural herbs! Now fry all together for another 5-7 minutes. In parallel, you need to boil spaghetti according to the instructions on their packaging.

Add the roasted vegetables cooked spaghetti and peeled shrimp. Very good stir and pour a little soy sauce. To put on very weak fire "stew" under the lid for 2-3 minutes so that all ingredients are soaked each other.

Put spaghetti on a plate, sprinkle with slices of cheese, greens (when "off season", I make do with dried dill) and decorate with cherry tomatoes. Ready!
