Sausages for frying take out of the shell and stuffing formed meatballs. In a deep pan heat a little olive oil, add tomato sauce and bring it to boil. Put the meatballs gently into the pan with the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and leave on medium heat for 30 minutes. A little salt and pepper.
In this dish you can make good use of the remains of different types of pasta. Boil pasta according to instructions on the package minus 1 minute. Drain off the water.
Prepare the Bechamel sauce. In a saucepan or deep frying pan melt the butter (40 gr). Add flour (40 g), stirring constantly. Then begin to pour milk (500 ml), without ceasing to stir, eliminate the lumps. The sauce boil, it should thicken and resemble the consistency of thick yogurt. If the sauce seems too thick-add milk. Salt, add a pinch of nutmeg, remove from heat.
Prepare the mushrooms. Put the pan on the fire, pour into it the olive oil and put the garlic cloves, cut in half. Once the garlic is lightly browned, add to the pan cleaned chanterelle mushrooms (if very large-cut in half). Fry the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes. Take out garlic cloves, pepper, salt to taste.
Boiled eggs cut into slices. Meatballs in sauce mix with boiled pasta (little meatballs leave for decoration). Set the oven to warm up (180*).
In refractory form spread half of the pasta with meatballs. On top put half of the sliced eggs and half of the mushrooms. Pour the Bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with half of grated cheese. On top of doing exactly the same layer: pasta with meatballs, mushrooms, eggs. Spread meatballs on top of the ones we left for decoration, pour the Bechamel sauce, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
A form of pasta put in oven for 30 minutes. For the first 20 minutes cover with foil so the top layer is not burnt. The dish should be Golden-brownish crust. Then turn off the oven and leave to "walk" for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
