In a wide frying pan fry in olive oil, chopped garlic, pumpkin, diced, peeled shrimp. Add the wine and let it evaporate. Salt, add red pepper. Cook until the pumpkin is tender (15-20 min).
Meanwhile, boil until almost cooked spaghetti, Express and sent to the pan. Give the sauce to soak in. Served with a dry white wine. Bon appetit!
