And your first recipe is going to offer You to prepare a simple but savory dish from the series "if dinner is quickly needed." If the usual pasta with chicken add solar seasoning, even this dish will not be trivial. Recipe assembled many years ago in the kitchen of our friends, a little adapted - and all these many years, I prepare it regularly. Cooking
Here is our simple set of products that is always there in any kitchen.
Fillet rinse with cold water, dry. Put to heat up the pan with vegetable oil. Fillet cut into arbitrary pieces, preferably not more than 3x3 cm (when about the same cubes - looks better :) ) On another burner it's time to put a pot of water for cooking pasta.
Put the fillets on the pan and IMMEDIATELY season with salt to Your taste. Over high heat, stirring constantly, begin to fry the fillets. You may receive a lot of liquids (possibly, depends on the quality of the chicken?..) don't worry, it quickly evaporated. Fry the fillet until it will turn brown (depending on the amount of fluid it takes from 10 to 20 minutes). Do not forget to stir.
To remove the heat to minimum and pour into the pan the cream (the whole pack).
Generously sprinkle them with Curry. This time for a more saturated yellow color I added turmeric.
Please do not be appalled at the color of spices - Curry company "Indane" is really scary greenish tinge, but it tastes softer and nicer than others. And for a beautiful color of turmeric will be our lifesaver. I used Curry company "Meal" - it is bright and rich in color, but sharper in taste. For many years the consumption thereof, the dishes are prepared with one and the other - what will be in store :) Other seasonings (pepper, herbs, etc.) is not added, the aroma and taste of the curry itself is full.
The contents of the pan stir, bring to boil, reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and leave to languish to the point, how will the finished pasta. From time to time to stir, and if the content seems too thick, You can dilute it with cream or regular milk.
Meanwhile, the water in the pot boils, so switch to it and cook a box of pasta the same way You (I even added during cooking 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil - any pasta). Caveat - for this dish the pasta to digest very desirable, so it's best to cook the minimum time specified on the package. Then all the beauty from the pan place them in a pan ready and put back the pasta and stir.
