Spaghetti with liver and mushrooms
Simple, quick to prepare dish, but very tasty and satisfying. Maggie dressing improved the taste of this dish.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

Boiled spaghetti, and poured it into a sieve to drain the water. The liver was already cooked until soft. Mushrooms wiped with a paper towel and cut each mushroom into 6 parts. Mushrooms and liver fry for 5 minutes in a pan with olive oil and put in a bowl. Cut the onion into cubes, carrots cubes and put in pan to fry. Sliced zucchini triangles, shifted to the pan and roast 5 minutes.

In the same pan, poured oil, put spaghetti and refilling Maggie. Fried spaghetti until evenly distributed all dressing.

Then poured out the fried liver and mushrooms. Put salt and pepper.

Roast all together for about 5 minutes. The pan closed with a lid and left on the stove while I prepared the vegetables and herbs.
