Cooking
Prepare the ingredients for meatballs. Vegetables should be about the same as meat.
Clean the vegetables. Grate the celery and carrots on a fine grater. The onion we shall cut small cubes.
Cucumbers TM 6 Sotok grate. If cucumbers are large, you only need one, but since I have a small pickle, I took 3 PCs. Juice drained.

Add to the onions carrots and celery.
