Very tasty and hearty dish – the meatballs with cheese in lentil coat. Served with sour cream, garlic and herbs. It is quite a separate dish, side dish so the cooking is not necessary.

Cooking
Pour the lentils into a saucepan, cover with water in a ratio of 1:2, lightly salt. Cook on medium heat for 12 minutes. Cool. Add the egg, pepper, add the flour and stir.
For the filling: 50 g of cheese to grate, add mayonnaise and 1 clove of pressed garlic. Mix well.
Of minced meat roll into 6 balls of equal size. The stuffing I make from pork, add onion, salt, percu. Eggs it is not necessary to add.
