Cooking
In boiling salted water, drop two bags of buckwheat Unground from the "Mistral", cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Minced preferably a (mince meat and milk squeezed from the bread). Add in the minced meat, finely chopped onion, peeled cored grated Apple, egg, spices. Mix thoroughly.
Of minced meat roll into small balls and fry them on heated pan with vegetable oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
Pour meatballs to 100 ml of water, reduce heat and cook 5-7 minutes.
While meatballs are simmered, combine the water with the wine, bring to a boil and evaporate the alcohol.
Pour the cream and intensely stirring to combine them with the liquid, stir quickly and thoroughly you need to avoid minimizing cream. If your sauce tastes watery, then add to it a teaspoon of flour, pre-diluted in a small amount of water or cream (I added, like the sauce thicker). Add to sauce, dried Basil, ground black pepper and salt, mix well.
Pour the sauce to the meatballs and cook on small fire under the lid for 3-5 minutes.
