Cipes in the Dominican
Cipes is patties with the addition of bulgur, juicy filling and deep fried. This dish is perfect for a family dinner or for a buffet table. Preparing cipes simply, personal time, does not take a lot, but their taste is sure to please.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 г

Bulgur to soak in cold water and leave for 3-4 hours. Then drain in a colander and drain off the water.

Onion peel and cut into large chunks. Do peppers remove seeds and coarsely chop, too. Grind vegetables in a blender.

Take some ground meat with bulgur, to form a cake, in the middle of the tortillas spread 1 tsp of the stuffing of minced beef, tomatoes and raisins.
