Pork cutlets with cabbage in Thai
In order to diversify the daily menu, it is not necessary to prepare a complex and lengthy meals. Try these little meat patties with cabbage and mushrooms, flavored with traditional Thai fragrant Paravani.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 г

  • Curry paste

Put a pot of water for boiling rice on the fire. Cut the green onions, lemongrass (you can zamenit grated frozen lemon), mushrooms and cabbage.

In boiling salted water down the taste with rice. I use products from TM Mistral - the rice bubble mix. It cooks for half an hour. During this time we will prepare the meatballs.

Mix ground pork with green onions, curry, lemongrass and egg white. Salt. Divide the meat into 12 equal portions and salmon burgers. Fry them in a hot pan for 10 minutes, turning once, until full deep-fried

While frying cutlets, heat up a spoonful or two of oil in a pan, put the cabbage and mushrooms. Cook, stirring over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the cream and soy sauce, keep on heat for another minute.

Meanwhile, cook the rice. With a fork, remove the taste, allow to drain water. Open pectic side.

Put the chicken, rice and vegetables on the plate. Pour the sauce from the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
