Cooking
Mix the sugar with 2 teaspoons of water, a teaspoon of oil "Oleyna" and put in a water bath
Banana RUB on a small grater
Mix the fondant with banana, allow to cool.
Add sour cream and stir.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, put in the refrigerator a half hour so that the sauce thickens.
To make pancakes mix all the ingredients for the pancake, except flour, mix well. Add the flour. Bake in a pan greased with oil "Oleyna", until tender.
