Healthy and delicious muffins from whole wheat flour. The composition of biscuit dough in explanation of my orange sponge cake, but this time I wanted to experiment with whole wheat flour and taste. Turned out great, so share the recipe :)

Cooking
Ingredients. Turn on the oven at 175 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients. I have whole wheat flour fine grinding. Shell beans it is almost not felt. If you have flour, you can grind in a coffee grinder.
The berries defrost. After tasting the result, I have suggested that berries can be put more, but to promise yet I will not.
With defrosted berries pour out the juice into the bowl with dry ingredients (I got 30 g of juice). Don't press the berries, just pour out excess liquid after defrosting. Pour water into the bowl with the dry ingredients to the amount left 140g (I refilled 110иг). Add the remaining ingredients.
And stir the dough with a mixer for a few minutes.
Now add the berries and stir the dough. It has the consistency comes out a little thicker than the orange cake, since the berries has let some juice.
Spread the resulting dough into molds for muffins not to the edges, the dough is still rising. I have molds of paper and not really keep a good shape, a little revealed. In theory, we can use this same dough to bake cakes for the cake, but I honestly haven't tried.
Put the muffins in preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Just enough to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes ;) take out muffins from the oven and admire until they cool down. I got 15 small muffins and half. Calorie one - 76 calories, so you can even always slimming.
In a small amount of dough, I added red food coloring. The color came out brighter, but for home I would tea dye is not used.
But this leaves the context of: porous and soft. Muffins are not such rich, as with a lot of butter, but still delicious. But if you want a muffin, it is necessary to add 50 grams butter (preferably creamy), but will not be so useful.
But if the dye, the color is a little brighter.
