Lean pizza
Almost a real Italian pizza on thin dough with vegetable ingredients. A great way to diversify Lenten menu.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Salt

    1/3 ч. л.

  • Water

  • Olive oil

  • Tomato sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Tomato juice

  • Tomato

  • Tofu

    100 г

  • Garlic

  • Vinegar

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Green olives

    10 шт

  • Spices

    1 ч. л.

Prepare the dough. Sift flour, add salt, yeast and mix thoroughly. Pour the water and oil. Knead the dough. It should be elastic. Put in a container, cover with film and leave for 40 min.

While suitable dough, prepare the sauce and tofu. To be honest, I hadn't imagined it, like +/- the sauce can be easily found on the Internet. In a blender mix 2 zubochka garlic, tofu, salt, vinegar and olive oil. The more oil you add the more liquid sauce you will get. My sauce turned out pasty.

Prepare the filling. Cut into thin rings tomatoes, cut into strips pepper, cut into rings olives. In a separate container mix tomato juice and ketchup

The dough, which already went well, knead again and divide into two equal parts. Roll out each piece (very finely)

Grease the dough with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian herbs with tomato sauce (the sauce more than the picture)

Spread tomatoes, pepper, olives

With a teaspoon put the sauce from the tofu (at this stage you can instead of Tofu sauce to take chopped small thin slices of mozzarella, I promise it will be delicious!). And ship all in the oven

The baking time of 7 min. at a temperature of 220 C. do Not keep longer - the dough can burn. All! Enjoy!
