Ready homemade beef sauté with onions in the pan.
Boil 1 packet of buckwheat in salted water.
The dough can be any pizza. But I wanted to make the dough with buckwheat cereal. Mix cold butter, buckwheat flakes, sour cream, salt, flour. The dough is triturated with your hands, form into a homogeneous mass.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin, but you can create it by hand on the baking paper.
Coat the dough with a thin layer of ketchup or any tomato sauce.
Place a layer of buckwheat.
Can be part cooked buckwheat and add to meat mixture. Remove the meat and refried with onions.
Over the meat arrange the tomatoes and slices of mozzarella and season with salt. Put into the oven for about twenty minutes.
About five minutes until cooked take out the pizza, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs and put another topcats.
Take out of the oven when the cheese is completely melted.
Ate a hearty hot fragrant pizza.
