Not long ago I discovered an amazing product called buttermilk. Pancake is very delicate, melt in your mouth! They are very soft and perfect for any topping: sweet and not sweet.

Cooking
It's very simple. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and pinch of salt (sugar can be put a little more). Then add the buttermilk and soda. Gradually add the sifted flour. Stir it carefully.
Next, a very well-heat the pan. Bake pancakes as usual on a dry pan, until it bubbles. Flip and brown on the reverse side. Thus bake all the pancakes.
