Cottage cheese pancakes with dried pineapple
Easy and quick pancakes. Pineapples are somewhat similar to candied fruit

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    400 г

  • Pineapple

    50 г

  • Semolina

    3 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1/4 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

Cheese mash with a fork. Add 2 eggs and mix well

Add 2 tbsp sugar, cepochku of salt, 3 tablespoons semolina, stir and leave the dough for 20 minutes. Dried pineapple (similar to jelly beans) soak in boiling water for 5 minutes
