I would call these pancakes "Breakfast of the diabetic". As always looking for recipes with ingredients suitable to me and not only my men came up with this idea to bake a cake of two kinds of cereal. Everything needed was available. These pancakes not only liked me but also my husband. Sugar, I added only salt, buckwheat flakes themselves are slightly sweet. The pancakes turned out crispy (due to the buckwheat), brown, with a distinct taste of buckwheat, and slightly sour inside.
