Closed pizza from puff pastry
For Italian food, closed the pizza is quite traditional. This Italian pie called calzone – though it is Crescent-shaped. But my objective was not strict adherence to the traditions of Italian cuisine, so I did not call this dish calzone, and was called a closed pizza. Red pesto Gouda cheese you can substitute any hard cheese, but this gives the pizza a certain piquancy, it consists of Basil, tomatoes and garlic.
