Oat flakes grind in a blender a little, but not to the flour and not into fine crumbs.
Flakes pour 600 ml of warm milk and dissolve the yeast in there. Add a Cup of flour, mix well.
Leave the oatmeal - milk mixture with the yeast and flour in a warm place for 15 minutes. Must rise cap, which is bubbling, so to speak, "breathes".
Then add 2 more cups flour and whip with a mixer to break the lumps. Leave the dough for an hour in the refrigerator. Then add to the dough 200 ml milk, stir well.
On a heated, oiled pan in a thin layer to pour batter. I - a perfectly round shape - did it with metal rings. But it's not necessarily, you can just pour the batter into the pan.
Bake pancakes on both sides. After each muffin pan should be lubricated with oil, I did it using a silicone brush.
Pancakes turn out very soft and airy! Serve with butter, jam or condensed milk. Further, all to your taste. I was treated with gooseberry jam.
