This pizza recipe I came up with myself, may, of course, such a recipe exists somewhere, but I didn't take it from any electronic sources, books, and magazines. The recipe was "born" as something by itself... This homemade pizza I cooked for 12 years, a set of ingredients I got always the same, and the taste all of these 12 years remains unchanged. A solution of pizza with sides - 1 large baking sheet.

These are the ingredients that will be needed to prepare dough.
In milk it is necessary to add butter. Then put these components on low heat to melt butter and heat milk. The milk does NOT boil! The mixture should not be too hot, otherwise the yeast will perish, and the dough will not rise! To check the right temperature can be a finger, if it is dipped in milk, "the finger should tolerate", if you finger to keep the milk hurt, it means the mixture is too hot and needs to cool down a bit.
After ingredients heated, they must add Sugar + Salt.
You then mix everything with a mixer until smooth. Salt and sugar have completely dissolved!
Then I gradually pour a little flour. A little spiked and all is well stirred with a mixer until smooth. Lumps should not be.
When the dough is a little thick, you must add the yeast.
Then I stirred the mixture with a mixer until smooth.
Once the dough begins to thicken stronger, I begin kneading it with your hands. The dough should form into a tight ball, which will move away from the sides of the pan and not stick to the hands!
Then, when the dough is kneaded, it needs to be put in a warm place to make it "fit." For this I boil the kettle, turn the lid from him and put it on the pan with the dough.
Somewhere in 1-1,5 hour My dough here so the first time with "fit" and increased in volume.
Coming up the dough need to press down with your hands again and give it a "fit".
These are the ingredients that will be needed to prepare the top filling pizza.
Olives I thoroughly washed under running water.
Next, cut all the ingredients in small cubes. In my Arsenal of kitchen appliances features a mechanical device with which I can slice fruits and vegetables very quickly and all the ingredients are cut the same small cubes. Olives I cut the cube, but you can slice and slices!

To the trays clean, I usually use parchment paper, but this time the parchment over, and I made a baking sheet with foil. Then I chipped in from the main piece with the dough a little less than half. For this a small piece of dough should roll out by hand into a long sausage and put it on the edge of the pizza.
Then I begin to assemble pizza. On the dough spread the Sauce: Mayonnaise+Ketchup+Mustard is put right in the center of the dough and all of this with a spoon mix until smooth. If someone has a favorite spice in this mix you can add your spices to taste! Sometimes I do that - added to the "Sauce" Curry and Hops-Suneli - it turned out very juicy! Do not dare to recommend and specify the composition of the recipe with any spices, because everyone has different tastes, some spices can even ruin the taste of pizza.
Then on the "Sauce" I spread the sausage and olives.

Then between the tomatoes I put cucumbers.
At the end of the pizza to put grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180C*25-30 min.
About the readiness of the pizza we will let its Golden crust. Here is my pizza at the end of cooking.
