Description

Roll potato with meat
There are different ways of cooking a potato roll. Potatoes can be pre-boiled as in this recipe, and it is possible not to do that. Boiled potatoes to mash these just like me, and you can wipe through a colander or sieve. Oh and experiment with toppings as you want! Of all the possible options I prefer meat filling.

Cooking

step-0
Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water (25 minutes after boiling).
step-1
Cool slightly, beat eggs, crushed into a puree.
step-2
You can do this using the combine. While you're at it, it has cooled completely.
step-3
While cooking potatoes, in a pan in vegetable oil fry the chopped dice onion and grated on a coarse grater carrots, add salt and cumin (you can pre-crush it in a mortar).
step-4
Season the mince with salt and pepper, stir.
step-5
On a silicone Mat or simply a towel to spread a layer of mashed potatoes. I have a layer too thin, roll in the baking process sometimes revealed. The taste is not affected, but it looks unsightly.
step-6
On the puree with a thin layer spread the meat on top of onions and carrots.
step-7
Then – the most virtuosic: roll to roll. This is done using a Mat or towel on which he lies: edge gently wrapped, the loaf is pressed, the Mat is tightened, the edge again wrapped, pressed, pulls up the Mat – and so, until you get ready to roll.
step-8
The baking pan may be lightly lubricated with any oil – I didn't: coating – non-stick. Carefully place the roll with the Mat to form.
step-9
Cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
step-10
Then remove the foil, brush the roll with butter, turn in the convector oven and place the loaf is already open for another 10-15 minutes until browned.
step-11
Serve the dish can both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
