Cooking
Mix sifted flour, yeast, salt, dried garlic, vegetable oil, warm water and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a warm place until the dough has increased in volume an example twice.
Peel the potatoes (young and not cleaned), cut into very thin slices.
Approaching divide the dough into two parts. Of the products obtained two pizzas the size of a regular round pizza shape.
The baking form lay with baking paper. Roll out the dough to fit the form. Brush with olive oil. With a fork to make the punctures in the dough that the pizza does not swell when baked.

Cheese can be used, in principle, still some what you like. One pizza had blue cheese and Parmesan cheese. But I especially liked the second option - when to cheese and Parmesan cheese I added sliced into pieces throny cheese type cheese. It gave the pizza juiciness and zest.
