Cooking
In forcemeat add salt, pepper and curry. Mix well.
The work surface cover with plastic wrap or foil. To lay out stuffing.
Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
Lay out the peppers for stuffing.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Lay out the carrots for bell peppers.
My roll did not fit on the baking sheet. Had it cut in half. Cover with foil. Put in oven at a temperature of 230 degrees for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven for 20 minutes.
