Prepare the cream. 400 ml milk bring to a boil. Separately mix the sugar, starch, vanillin, gradually pour 100 ml of milk (cold). Stir thoroughly. A thin stream pour in boiling milk. On low heat bring to boil stirring constantly until the cream thickens.
Pancakes smeared with cream and send the cake for an hour in the fridge. Ready!
