Description
In this recipe the main idea is the combination of the taste of canned fish and meat stuffing. Sardines make these burgers very juicy. This is my first recipe on the "Cook". Managed to try many dishes from this site.

Cooking
Mix the minced meat, sardines (tin 200 g). There grate 2 raw medium potatoes. Add finely chopped onion (1 small onion), egg, salt, pepper. Mix well.
Arrange on a heated pan with sunflower oil. Fry on both sides.
The patties come out very juicy. Everyone can own in the cooking process to decide whether to put more meat or less, then they will be either more meat, or more fish is a good choice.
