Description
Delicious, homemade pizza on sun-pumpkin dough with a crispy edge. Bright and juicy filling of vegetables and mushrooms, and of course lots of cheese. This appetizer will be a great snack not only at home but also at work or a picnic.

Products for the dough
The dough is prepared in the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour 70-100 ml. of warm water. Add salt, honey and pumpkin puree and olive oil. (pumpkin puree:slice pumpkin bake in the oven, or the microwave, or cook in the steamer, then crush in a blender) on Top of flour with yeast. Turn on "homemade dough".
While preparing the dough, prepare vegetables and mushrooms. Vegetables wash, cut into circles, pepper clean from seeds, cut arbitrarily. Mushrooms clean from the top skin, cut into thin plates. Cheese grate on a grater or chop in a blender.
After 1.5 hours prepared tender, fragrant, beautiful colors, pumpkin dough. Shape (d=30 cm)grease with vegetable oil, put the dough, spread it with your hands or roll out with a rolling pin, forming bumpers. The dough, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle cheese, cheese put zucchini and champney, a little salt and pepper. On top lay the tomatoes and pepper and the remaining cheese. A side from the test screw in to the center, sprinkle with dry oregano. Bake the pizza at a temperature of 210 degrees, about 25-30 minutes.
The finished pizza cut into portions, serve hot.
